About
Operating experience, offered as consulting
Samitac Consulting Services exists to put practitioner-level technical and commercial capability alongside operators, developers and investors working in African base metals.

Our proposition
Advice from people who have run the operation
Most technical advice in the region arrives either too theoretical to act on or too shallow to trust. We work the other way round: senior practitioners spend time on site, work with your data, and hand over a plan with numbers attached — recovery points, tonnes, costs, dates.
Where the gap is capacity rather than analysis, we second specialists into your team for the period required, under your operating discipline.

How consulting complements assurance
The Samitac assurance business provides independent verification for mineral transactions — licence and ownership checks, counterparty due diligence, sampling custody and transaction controls.
Consulting sits alongside it: once an asset or transaction is understood, the questions become technical and commercial. The two businesses are run separately, with separate teams and separate records, so independence on assurance work is never compromised by consulting involvement.
